Walk a mile along beautiful waterfront Bay Street and you're downtown amongst galleries, restaurants, bars, and shops and the 4 blocks in the other direction puts you on the Spanish Moss Trail, perfect for biking and running. For USMC graduations, Parris Island is an easy 6 mile drive- we are convenient to everything!

Parris Island is a quick 10 minute drive which makes this the perfect home for graduation, vacation or work. The Cottage on Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beach at Hunting Island State Park.
