Lancaster is only 20 mins drive and the Lake District can be reached in just under an hour.

The market town of Garstang just 8 miles away and the popular North West coast of Blackpool just 30 mins away by car and within easy reach to Southport and Lytham St Annes.

A spacious lodge, with private entrance, in the large garden of a family home near the seaside village of Knott-End-On-Sea . Free range eggs from chickens in the garden and a trampoline are available Located very near the sea, you can stroll down the front to village cafes, pub, shops, golf club and a short ferry to Fleetwood. Set in rural Preston near the coast and River Wyre, it’s perfect for walkers, with Blackpool Illuminations just a short drive away. Lancaster and the Lake District are also within easy reach. Due to the rural setting, driving is essential; a parking space is located next to the bungalow.

On a country lane, that provides quick access to Blackpool with its night life, attractions and illuminations in September, and only 50 mins to the Lake District. If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away.

The West Wing - Private Apartment

The West Wing is a private annex attached to a 5-bedroom detached Victorian house with excellent garden views. It features its own entrance, a cosy living area with sofa, TV, dining table, and a well-equipped kitchenette, along with a comfortable double bedroom. The private shower and toilet are located off a shared utility room, but are for guest use only. Guests are welcome to relax in the garden. Wi-Fi, heating, and on-site parking are included for a convenient and pleasant stay.

Vine cottage is a charming two bedroom period cottage located in a secluded backwater just a few minutes walk to the centre of the popular village of great eccleston . The cottage is over 160 years old with original exposed pine woodwork and floorboards with two real open fires for a home from home feel . The cottage sleeps four with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom . The cottage has a small attractive private courtyard and off road parking . We take short or long breaks .

Coachmans House at Churchtown

This beautiful and quaint cottage used to be the coach house for the mansion just down the road. It was build in 1616. Pub is walking distance. The cottage has full gas and electric but also a wood burning stove. The cottage is set in the quiet picturesque village of Churchtown. Near Garstang. This property is pet friendly. Please contact me if you would like to bring more than 1 pet. I charge £15 per pet per booking extra (unless extra cleaning is needed).

Rhubarb Cottage - Dog friendly

Rhubarb Cottage was built in 1855 and is a quaint white cottage with a modern bathroom, well equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. It has views over Newers Wood and easy access to Fluke Hall beach. Situated in rural Pilling it is ideally located for access to the Lakes, Trough of Bowland, Lancaster and seaside resort of Blackpool. This is the perfect base for cycling or rambling along the coast or into the countryside along with exploring the historic surroundings.

The Luxury Loft is situated within the West Wing of the Stunning and Imposing Claughton Hall. We hope to provide guests with a comfortable yet memorable home from home experience. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is situated a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the homes private driveway.
