Private high end home in Kenai just 5 minutes to anything! Fishing, beaches, shopping, nightlife, sports complex, schools, and more are all within just a few minutes drive. This 3600' home sits on 2.5 acres inside city limits in one of Kenai's premier neighborhoods. A large driveway boats room for Boat/RV parking or plenty of vehicles to accommodate larger families or groups. Home has open floor plan, chefs kitchen, family/formal space, large deck and freezer for processed fish storage.

(The lower deck is temporarily closed for repairs but the upper deck and the gazebo are still open). Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled on 16.7 acres of Alaskan land with access to a private lake. The perfect place to relax after a long day of adventure. (Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy. Please please be certain of your booking dates. Cabin is small, cozy and clean. Full bed and single downstairs. Ladder loft has space for 2. Pets ok with extra fee. No bathroom in cabin,a mermaid outhouse nearby and a summer outdoor hotwater shower and coldwater sink. Shared firepit. Wood is available,water nearby on property. Must register pets as they require an additional cleaning fee. 1 or 2 pets kept on leash and never left unattended. Please pick up after. TY Close to Kenai River, mtns and coast. Very relaxed and casual here!

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
