Friendly hosts onsite in main house opposite for support and friendly welcome! 3 friendly dogs and 2 ponies. Rural tranquil location and close to many South Hams beaches and attractions e.g. Salcombe, Bantham, Burgh Island, Thurlestone, Kingsbridge and National Trust venues. Enclosed garden with BBQ. 3 bedroom coastguard cottage with an Aga, which is situated in the hamlet of Soar, nestled inbetween Salcombe and Hope Cove. Within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and surrounded by neighbouring farmland and National Trust Land. Both Soar Mill Cove and South Sand beaches are within walking distance of the property.
