Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. In die Altstadt sind es zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten und dabei flaniert man durch den Mirabellgarten oder über den Makartplatz vorbei am Landestheater und den ältesten und traditionellsten Kaffeehäusern.

Ideal für alle, die Sightseeing, Kultur oder Outdoor Activities interessieren. Innerhalb kurzer Zeit bist du in Salzburg, Bad Reichenhall, Berchtesgaden oder am Königssee. This cosy apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood yet close to the historical center. It has a bedroom with a comfortable queen size double bed, a 55 inch smart TV with Netflix, safe, wardrobe, little desk and chair; a large very well equipped kitchen (stove, oven, large dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, coffee filter machine, toaster, water cooker, plenty of dishes, and a sofa ; a balcony , bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, private parking and wifi.

Welcome at Laschenskygut in Wals near Salzburg. It lies in the suburbs of the city of Salzburg, inmidst the nature, with direct bus connection to the city centre. You will love this apartment due to it's wonderful equipment (wooden floor, suitable for allergy sufferers etc.), the nice view to the mountains, the location as well as the surroundings. This apartment is perfect for couples, adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids) or groups.

The 45-square-meter, two-room apartment is located on the first floor of a historic townhouse. A bus stop right in front of the building takes you to the Old Town (a 20-minute walk), the train station, the airport, and many other attractions in just a few minutes. With the included Mobility Card, you can use all public transportation in Salzburg free of charge. The supermarket is also a two-minute walk away.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Unsere Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Wohngegend grenznah zur Stadt Salzburg (7 km). FÜR GESCHÄFTSREISENDE: Wir stellen Rechnungen mit ausgewiesener MWSt aus! Wir leben in Deutschland, in der Touristenregion Berchtesgadener Land, am Rand der Berchtesgadener und Salzburger Alpen in der Gemeinde Ainring. Ein Kfz wäre von Vorteil. Kostenfreier Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.

Nous louons un studio à Salzburg Gneis dans une maison d’une famille avec kitchenette et salle de bain privée. Il est situé dans le sous-sol du bâtiment. Il y a un jardin que on peut utiliser. Le bus est à 5 minutes à pied. Il a besoin de 12 min pour arriver à la vieille ville et 23 minutes pour la station. Parking gratuit dans la rue devant la maison.
