Vacation in our stunning two-story oceanfront penthouse condo offering spacious luxury and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay. Watch sunrises over the sand and sunsets over the bay from two oversized wraparound balconies. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and spacious kitchen and living area, this beautifully designed condo is perfect for family vacations and relaxing in ocean breezes. Step inside and be greeted by sweeping ocean views and an open floor plan filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. The living area flows seamlessly into the dining space and gourmet kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island with seating for four. The large storage closet on the garage level houses chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cart for taking your belongings to the sand. The Sanctuary complex has three pools (one is oceanfront), two gyms, multiple outdoor grills and eating areas next to pool, and NEW for 2026: Sanctuary Arcade! Pool open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates and hours are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. Rénovations dans toute la maison et la cuisine. Des draps et des serviettes propres pour chaque séjour. Nouvelle grande terrasse pour se divertir et faire des grillades. Douche extérieure, foyer avec chaises Adirondack, hamac, panier de basket, chariot de plage avec 4 chaises de plage et parasol. Ensemble de cornhole. La plage est de l'autre côté de la rue ou à 1 minute à pied. Stationnement pour 6 voitures. Non fumeur et aucun animaux.

The interior has fantastic ocean views and ample space for cooking, dining, and congregating, plus a recently updated game room. Cottage Trident

Trident Cottage is a 2 bedroom 1 bath mobile home situated on a waterfront lot on Back Bay….the beach is a quick 5 minute walk across the street. We include at no extra charge, everything needed for a vacation at the beach! All linens, beach towels, beach cart, chairs, and cooler. Just bring your swim suit and flip flops! I provide you with 2 beach cruiser bikes at no extra charge. Resort amenities are available for your use. 2 pools, playground and pickleball court!
