The Boiling House, Beckside

Boiling House is a truly unique, beck side property located in Staithes. The original building has been an integral part of village fishing heritage for many years. Where the log burner now sits, the original boiling tanks sat, a real piece of history. It benefits from double height ceilings, to create a real feeling of space, and is split level with only three steps between floors. As the only property in the village with french doors opening onto the beck side, it really is a place to savour.

Quaint, rustic Victorian Terraced House

A quaint, rustic house with some modern touches and just a ten minute walk from the Marina and the delights of Whitby. I do not live at the property so you will have full use of the house. There is an open plan lounge / diner which goes through to a large kitchen. There are three bedrooms, one large but cosy double attic room with bath and toilet/ small sink, a room with two single beds, which is next to a newly fitted bathroom with shower and a large double bedroom also in the first floor.

Sandside Retreat

Sandside Retreat is situated in the heart of Whitby’s Old Town, at the foot of the iconic 199 steps leading to the Abbey. ; whilst tucked away for peace and quiet. Just a stone’s throw away from Tate Hill Sands, harbour, shops, restaurants and bars. Sleeping up to 3 guests, it features a cosy living room with separate kitchen/diner. There is a private patio which overlooks the sea towards the East Pier. Unlike many cottages to the East Side, there are no steps leading up to the cottage.

The Boat House - Powder Monkey

Powder Monkey is a very luxurious spacious ground floor maisonette, set over 2 floors with gorgeous sea views over North Bay. Sleeping 4 in luxurious double beds, beautifully decorated and lovingly restored, the maisonette boasts numerous Georgian features, with stunning kitchen and lounge, very large master bedroom with high end ensuite shower room and walk in wardrobe and outside terrace, as well as 4 poster canopy bed to the second bedroom with lovely ensuite and separate closet.

Enjoy our newly renovated holiday home! Sea Breeze House offers a great location with just a 5 minute walk to Peasholm Park, a 10 min walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the town centre. Nearby attractions in walking distance also include the Open-Air Theatre, the Alpamare Water Park and numerous lovely restaurants and cafes. Our home is perfect for a family getaway in sunny Scarborough with lots of free parking outside the property. Free scratch cards provided!

We have three full en-suite bathrooms, and super luxurious 400 and 600 count bed linens on Feather & Black beds. Everything you could need, for a home away from home. Seagull's Retreat sits in the heart of beautiful Scarborough. With close proximity to local amenities and transport links, our house is in prime location for everything you need, complete with private parking for two cars. The North Bay promenade is a peaceful 5 minute walk away, with sights of Scarborough Castle. The famous Open Air Theatre is also a stones throw away, making this an excellent residence for music lovers of all ages.

Coach House Cottage a perfect seaside retreat

Coach House Cottage is an old Fishermans cottage above what used to be a stables and coach store (Now a dinosaur and fossil museum). Well situated, above the main street, in the lower part of Robin Hoods Bay it is moments from the beach, the dock, and the hustle and bustle of village life. The cottage is approached along cobbled alleys and/or up a series of stone steps. It is set in its own private back alley.
