The property is 2.5 acres and is adjacent to the park. It also offers a pool, 30x30 covered pavilion, covered pickleball court, volleyball, outdoor hot water shower and toilet/shower house (Groovy Go Go). Board games/movies/yard games provided along with pickleball paddles to try the fastest growing sport in America!

Guests love our cozy 9x12 wood cabin set under Texas Oaks on our family estate called Deerhaven Retreat. A unique camp-like getaway in nature with a queen bed, wifi, A/C, heat, RokuTV, microwave, mini-fridge, Keurig, and a private BBQ/picnic area. Deer greet you along the path to your own reserved full bathroom— one of 3 private bathrooms located in our separate facility a short walk from your cabin. Casa Alpaca is the ideal getaway for anyone who needs a break from the daily grind of city life. The beautiful property backs up to the Cibolo Creek! More importantly, our alpacas will be your neighbors on the other side of the fence. If you are interested in feeding or meeting them, be sure to let us know so we can pencil you into their busy grazing schedule (ha, ha) during your stay.
