Cette propriété à deux étages est la plus ancienne maison de mineur encore existante, datant de l'époque où il y avait une mine dans la montagne Reither Kogel à St. Elle se compose d'un salon, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, de 2 chambres et d'une salle de bains (avec une douche) et peut donc accueillir 4 personnes.
