Visit The Sage Door House

This remodeled home in Wheelersburg is the perfect peaceful retreat, nestled on a quiet dead-end street. Equestrian Studio

Quaint in the hills of Southern Ohio. This studio apartment is a one bed room with a lovely view overlooking the outdoor horse riding arena. It offers a kitchenette and sitting area downstairs. Upstairs has a queen size bed over looking the riding arena. A country setting at it's best. Pet friendly. Trailer Parking available. Some weekends we host equine events. Horses and exhibitors will be around the facility. It is located within 10 miles of the Dogwood Pass Old West Town.

McChesney Ridge Cabin- Secluded 78 Acres

The McChesney Ridge cabin sits on 78 acres of beautiful, private land, overlooking our 5 acre lake, and is surrounded by 3 miles of well groomed hiking trails. The Ridge can sleep 7, with our 3 full size beds and 1 pack n' play. While at The Ridge, you will be able to swim, fish, hike, run, canoe, kayak, grill, enjoy our multiple fire pits, all while taking in the amazing scenery. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Pa’s Place is named in honor of the man who once lived here & has Western decor to reflect his love of TV Westerns. The perfect size for a getaway or overnight stay. It’s quiet & just far enough away from the main highway to allow you to relax & get away from it all. There is Wifi plus antenna tv, VCR, dvd player, and Roku tv. There is a full kitchen, laundry room, & walk-in tub/shower, gas grill, & fire pit. And a small dog pen.

Our loft has a separate entrance and private parking. We’ve created a cozy, elegant atmosphere with luxury bedding, LED fireplace, full internet connection, heat/air, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishes, and silverware you'll need. The Kitchen features a full-sized gas range, air fryer, full size refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker with K-cup and a coffee pot.

Comfy and Cozy - this ranch home is in a residential neighborhood of Portsmouth, OH. Five minutes from SOMC and Shawnee State University. Recently remodeled, enjoy our clean and well-furnished space. Lovely patio area and a fenced in yard. Our home is strictly non-smoking, and additional pet fee may apply. The host is local and is available for questions and concerns.
