The city's top eateries are a stone's throw away : Roots, The Star Inn The City, Betty's, Skosh, Partisan, Le Cochon Aveugle, as well as numerous pubs and bars; a gentle stroll back home at night. The beautifully restored medieval buildings of Stonegate and the Shambles provide the perfect setting for some last minute shopping. Waterfront apartment, centrally located with lovely views over looking the Brayford Waterfront, views from the bedrooms of the cathedral and castle. Minutes walk from the train station and high street, a walk up steep hill will take you to the cathedral quarter. Directly opposite on the waterfront you have a choice of numerous bars, restaurants and a cinema, the university & Engine Shed venue. Due to the central city centre location you may experience some foot fall noise, evenings/weekends.
