About 75 yards across the road to the 100 ft. beach access & gazebo. 1 short mile to grocery stores, & Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Community Grills & picnic area. No tents/canopies allowed on beach.

9th floor OCEAN VIEW studio @Sandestin resort

Our ocean view studio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the bay area is inside the Sandestin Resort on the 9th floor with a balcony. It is right by the Sandestin beach, recently updated and refurbished. Waterfall pool, heated jacuzzi and gym in the building. * Exterior building upgrades: Begin April/May with impact on balcony usage. Current schedule says work around this unit might be going from May - end of July. More details below. Therefore a huge discount was applied for those months.
