In the bedroom you will enjoy sleeping on our luxury queen mattress or maybe you’ll fall asleep in front of the fire on our queen memory foam sleeper sofa.

Two blocks from Broadway, three blocks from the historic Promenade and ocean, and the Necanicum River flows through the backyard. The river is ideal for kayaking, birding and taking in the mountain views. With such incredible walkability you never have to drive once you settle in at Otter Cottage. This single level home features an open concept design with three king bedroom suites. It is light, bright, and filled with ocean imagery. From the gas fireplace to the gourmet kitchen, it's all new. There is a fenced backyard with Adirondack chairs on the patio, a hot tub and a propane grill. Plus, there is a game room in the garage.

Resplendent with Beach Décor, my Pet Friendly Studio is located in a small (15 units) property at the quiet north end of the Prom, yet just a short 15 minute stroll to downtown and all the shopping, attractions, and restaurants. There is a Sofa Sleeper for the little ones (or an adult), and plenty of storage and space for longer stays. Pet fees: 2 Pets maximum. $50 per trip Key Lockbox code will be provided 3-4 days advance of your stay.
