Enjoy complete privacy and solitude, and soak in the hot-tub perched at the top of the property. The cottage has one-bedroom and a sleeping loft, with comfortable bedding and sheets. Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years.
