Close to shops and cafes and a 5 minute drive to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering. Historic Chichester, the South Downs and Goodwood are a short drive. Warm and well-insulated with radiators for cold weather. TV with Netflix You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Deer View Lodge

Relax with the whole family or friends at Deer View Lodge. Deer View Lodge provides newly refurbished 2 bedroom accommodation with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom accessible via the double bedroom (the twin beds can be moved to create a double). There is a fully equipped kitchen including dining table for 6, shower room with double shower, lounge with a sofa bed and comfortable seating. There is an outside courtyard with BBQ and seating and also a pontoon overlooking the local countryside.

Holiday chalet in Selsey

Enjoy some time away in this stylish newly refurbished chalet on the popular Selsey country club site. The site itself offers, A heated swimming and splash pool (open end of may to September) children's play area, tennis courts, 5-aside football pitch, TV and gaming room and a shop for all you essentials. Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

The Little Gaff is a self contained cabin, located in an 'area of outstanding natural beauty' near the picturesque, harbour town of Emsworth. This beautiful harbourside village has many bars and restaurants and is surrounded by stunning countryside and wildlife. Little Gaff is situated in private grounds, on a secluded road, which provides secure accommodation and private parking. The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

The Cabin is a self-contained detached annex on a quiet no-through road, with only a 50 metres walk along our road to the beach. The Cabin has its own private courtyard, complete with outside heated shower. With 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 set of adult sized bunks but limited headroom. The Cabin is delightfully styled with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, bar dining and lounge area. Sorry no pets. The owners live onsite in the main house. Fantastic for beach lovers and walkers.
