La salle de bain attenante dispose d'une douche chaude. Situé juste en face de l'épicerie locale bien approvisionnée « Stop and Shop ». Veilleur de nuit et parking sécurisé sur place. Le chalet Annexe de Joe est une maison confortable avec des chambres spacieuses, un beau jardin avec un espace de camping. Il y a également un beau coin salon extérieur pour ces chaudes journées avec beaucoup de jeux locaux disponibles et un stand de barbecue bien sûr pour la pêche fraîche quotidienne du célèbre poisson tigre Kampanje. Il est situé dans la rue du village du cap Maclear, à 20 m du lac avec une plage privée. Plus près se trouve Kayak Africa et les équipements juste à l'extérieur du complexe.
