Cozy cottage in Arroyo Grande. We live on five acres and have several farm animals, including two dairy cows, pigs, chickens and geese. Our cottage stands alone and is independent of the main house. The bedroom/living area has a double bed. The kitchen offers the ability to bake, fry, and microwave. Come enjoy farm life! We are about seven miles from the beach. Shell Beach is halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles on California's Central Coast, which makes it the perfect stop for some wine tasting and outdoor adventure. Within walking distance there is a beach (best to visit at low tide), restaurants and coffee shops. My home is an original 1950s bungalow. Per guests requests, I made few upgrades — new windows, space heaters in every room and a dishwasher to boot!
