The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.

The home sits on an over sized lot with its backyard facing the sound and mountains for wonderful afternoon sunset sky. It is located on an upscale Edmonds private compound. Our property is close to parks with pounds, natural trails, golf court, sports fields, kids playgrounds and more.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). The cottage, which is on the back of the property, is comfortably and stylishly furnished. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, covered front porch, 50' TV, super comfy beds and a firepit outside for your relaxation!
