The flat is comfortably furnished and suitable for 2 plus 2 and a well-behaved dog! A double bed in the bedroom and a small sofa bed in the lounge/diner for additional sleeping. A five minute walk from the beach & a paid-for parking permit is provided in a nearby car park a couple of minutes away. Great access to the SW Coast Path and the fab Devon/Dorset coast!

Welcome to Seaview! Our family have owned this wonderful apartment for over 30 years, our second home by the sea. We hope that you love it as much as we do! The apartment is spacious and light; a perfect place to relax and watch the world go by after exploring all that Sidmouth has to offer. You'll find a lounge and dining area with wonderful views out to the sea, a balcony, two large bedrooms with comfy beds, a modern bathroom and a fantastic, newly fitted kitchen.

Safe Harbour is less than a 3 minute walk to the seafront, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Over 100 years old but a modernised and fresh cottage comfortable for couples or family groups of up to 7 (+baby). Free wifi, dvd player, freesat, mp3 player. Well equipped kitchen, dining room and cosy lounge, 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, cloakroom a true home from home. For younger visitors a pleasant play park, cinema and indoor swimming pool are a stones throw away.

Close enough to town but far enough away

The good: Recently decorated lounge and living room. Either relax in the lounge with a cosy wood burner and a bit of TV or chat around the dinner table in the living room which has a lovely bright feel to it. Both bedrooms have also been recently decorated and I hope will provide you with a good night sleep. If the sun is out, the south facing garden is a fabulous sun trap! Just a 3min walk to a small Tesco and a further 5mins to the seafront
