Kathy’s Unit is a 2-bedroom unit with basic amenities such as living area, indoor and outdoor dining space,kitchenette w/ basic utensils&appliances, toilet&bath w/hot shower and with 3 split-type aircondition units. The 2nd bed has a stunning view of the sea.There’s an open space(outdoor dining) for the guests to enjoy the fresh air &the view! Newly (2018) built studio room (in a duplex) & upgraded 2024. At the ocean with AirCon, kitchenette, TV and WiFi. 15 minutes to Tagbilaran and 15-20 minutes to the famous Alona beach by vehicle. Near by Napaling is famous for free diving. And try our reef! We are not in the central tourist spot. If you like to go to other places, you will need some mode of transportation. See below "Getting around". Ideal to relax a few days, visit Bohol Chocolate Hills, enjoy diving.

There’s a mini grocery store and mini market with fresh seafood and vegetables daily just a few meters away. There are also restos and playground nearby for kids. Everything is just like 5-10 minutes walk from our place. Our place is a safe and quiet neighborhood. Suitable for WFH wanderers.
