Walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, Destination Downtown Caldwell, ice cream/frozen yogurt shops, restaurants as well as sporting events at College of Idaho. Local vineyards just a short drive away

Popular area for fishing, hunting, wine tasting, off road trails. Full kitchen and full bath with bathtub. Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

There are 3 horses on property within fenced area. Owners are available anytime and are close by. House is a one bedroom, one bath fully stocked for a comfortable stay, lots of parking.
