Wooden kitchen, Bath with shower / toilet with water heater, living room with sitting area, fireplace and partial thermo-floor heating. Upper floor - (gable height 2.20 m) with bed (160x200 cm), and air conditioning. Wooden windows and doors have mosquito nets. Outside: Natural stone terrace shaded with wine covered pergola and great views.

To Modern House βρίσκεται στο χωριό Χαϊδευτό σε απόσταση 2.5 Km από τις παραλίες και το λιμάνι της Κεραμωτής. Πρόκειται για ένα ήσυχο, μοντέρνο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο κατάλυμα. Fishing is also an optional activity that we would surely recommend .

A very cosy house(40sqm) a few minutes away from the beach that is ideal for couples or small families. There is a big, lovely garden and a barbecue as well as all the amenities that you'll need in the house. It is also located in a quiet neighbourhood away from the main street, with free parking in front of the house. Kavala town is 8km away and there's a mini market nearby as well as a few tavernas.
