Escapade fantastique sur le magnifique Smith Mountain Lake ! Profitez de vues imprenables sur les deux côtés de ce condo d'angle au dernier étage avec une terrasse enveloppante et de l'ombre naturelle. Il est parfait pour une pause détente ou une aventure ! Les activités comprennent le canotage (avec des quais pour les invités), la natation (intérieure et extérieure), le pickle ball, l'entraînement et la détente dans le jacuzzi, le hammam ou le sauna ! Si vous travaillez à distance, cet espace calme comprend un bureau et une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit. L'unité CVC individuelle dispose également d'une lumière UV.

La cabane magique sur Back Creek

Magique est le mot que la plupart des gens utilisent lorsqu'ils visitent ce joyau caché. Construite en 1939 comme cabane de pêche par un monsieur qui a incorporé des wagons couverts comme chevrons et poutres, les dates sont encore visibles depuis le retrait du grenier. De loin le meilleur endroit où j'ai vécu. J'ai décidé de le partager avec d'autres personnes qui aiment explorer, qui aiment écouter la voix du ruisseau ou qui viennent simplement s'asseoir sur le porche au-dessus du ruisseau avec un conjoint, un ami, de la famille ou seul. Pour un sommeil optimal, ouvrez la fenêtre de la chambre !

Awesome walkout basement apartment in a new home that is perfect for couples. Wake up to emerald waters and picturesque Smith Mountain view from the comforts of your bed. Full kitchen and dining as well as a furnished outdoor patio space with hot tub. The is an outdoor grill fire pit. A pontoon boat, 2 stand up paddleboards and 2 kayaks are available to rent. You are welcome to share the dock with us! It's a number of steps to get to the water, but well worth the walk back up.

Cabane de Black Water Junction

Our cabin is built out of old wood and doors found on the farm. Because I am such a cold natured person, I installed heated floors and a heated towel bar in addition to the mini-split and electric fireplace! The cabin is surrounded by pastures that are the home to our cows, horses, goats, pot belly pig, and chickens. The highlight of a stay at BWJ Cabin would be to sit on the front porch in a rocking chair, day bed swing or hot tub looking out over the landscape and do nothing.

This secluded, 3 bedroom lakefront home was renovated In 2019. My late wife Gail and I installed a new kitchen, vinyl plank flooring, new well, and new decks (both wraparound and lower deck.) The home is located about an hours drive from Lynchburg, Roanoke or Danville. Enjoy our private dock and boat ramp for fishing, watercraft, swimming, and nature watching! Keep an eye out for wildlife, both great and small! Great Blue Herons, Eagles and Osprey are personal favorites!

The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top-of-the-line kitchen, cozy living room, and an extraordinary great room. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the fire pit, and relax on the dock. There are two miles of trails on the 37-acre property with their own trail signs and map.
