Casuzza duci is a cosy house set in a splendid panoramic location overlooking the tyrrhenian sea and the mountains. Ideal place for a romantic couple or a family loving nature and searching tranquility. Two bedrooms with big windows and fan ceilings opened to the garden area and a luminous living room boosting wooden ceilings and mosaics floors. A kitchen corner surrounded by windows where to cook admiring the transparent sea. A garden to relax in a hamac and a fully equipped barbecue.

Trastevere Cottage

Make breakfast in a simple galley kitchen and sit on a cozy patio enclosed by a moss-covered stone wall (please put back inside the kitchen chair and table after using them as per condo’s rules). It's easy to soak up the vibe of Trastevere and go exploring from this quaint home. And when the day is done, climb to a comfy sleeping loft. The cottage is located on a hill. To reach the cottage you have to go up the street along a flight of fifty comfortable steps of about 15 cm (6 inches) each.

Al Chiasso 12 - Antica dimora con idromassaggio

Rilassati in un antica e tranquilla dimora, in posizione centrale, a pochi metri dalla fantastica spiaggia Portavecchia di Monopoli. Lontana dal traffico e dal viavai di gente, dotata di area privata outdoor, idromassaggio e aria condizionata, la dimora offre un ambiente accogliente, in stile tipico pugliese, nel cuore del suggestivo centro storico. A piedi puoi visitare tutti gli angoli piu nascosti e scoprire le spiaggie piú caratteristiche della città.

Cottage Giardino dell'Alcantara

Immersa nella campagna di Taormina, a 10 minuti in auto dal Centro Storico e a 5 minuti in auto dal mare, la casa è dotata di una splendida piscina di acqua salata condivisa (aperta dal 1 Aprile al 31 Ottobre) e di un ettaro e mezzo di terreno interamente fruibile. E' composto da sala da pranzo, cucina attrezzata, camera da letto con 1 letto matrimoniale, 1 bagno ed ampio e panoramico terrazzo privato con vista sulla Valle dell'Alcantara e sull'Etna.

Cozy Holiday House

A great summer house on perfect location, 10 km away from Dubrovnik connected by public transport, short Uber ride etc. Located in peaceful and beautiful Zaton Bay, green oasis with lovely beaches and clean water. House is very close to the beach (1 minute down the street) and 2 mins away from village centre. Surrounded and isolated with private garden with spacious terrace and eating area. Airport transfers can be arranged upon request.

Cottage Donna Pina, Otranto centro

Cosy cottage in quiet, leafy cul-de-sac in the heart of Otranto. Bedroom, bathroom (with shower), living room/kitchenette, tiny private terrace. Air conditioned. Very close to the Cathedral, the Castle, the sea and the beaches. At the beginning of 2024 the walls were repainted with natural lime, USB sockets and a new refrigerator were installed.

Boheme Cottage with swimming pool

Boheme Cottage is in the south part of Rome and has a nice garden all around. Nearby there is the archeological spot of Parco dell'Appia Antica and the Sanctuary of Santa Maria del Divino Amore. The swimming pool is open from early June to late September.
