Ski-In Ski-Out 8 Beds Still space for 2026 Season

Spaces for 2026 ski season available, location is a perfect base for families or friends who enjoy all levels of skiing. It is 100m from the piste so you are straight on the slopes in the morning and can ski down to the main lift. There is a master en suite bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bedroom with 4 bunk beds. Also a second bathroom linen and towels provided. Your heated boot room next to the apartment keeps your skis and boots safe and you can relax in the private sauna after skiing.

Hiking & Skitouring right outside the door!

WORK OR LONGTERM STAYS! Studio apartment with 41 sqm (410 sqft), near the historic center of Bad Gastein. The apartment is situated in a very quiet area, easy to move around without a car - ideal for train travellers. Free parking on the premises is also available. There is no a/c required, since we're at 1000 m altitude. The temp is pleasant in summer, and there is a large heater in winter. In summer, keep the balcony door open at night, and the blinds (half) down during the day.

Cozy apartment w a view & own garden

This is an entire apartment with a great view to the Gastein valley! The apartment has one separate bedroom with a double bed; a charming living room with a dining table in front of the big window. There is a pull-out sofa placed in the living room, suitable for 2 persons as well. The kitchen is newly renovated and has cooking basic available for guest (e.g. coffee to start mornings). There is a shower available in the bathroom with a washing machine and one toilet separately.

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Ferienwohnung Sonnenwald im Lammertal

Welcome at our holiday appartment "Sonnenwald" located in the beautiful Annaberg im Lammertal. The place for your holidays, no matter what time of the year! With its 80qm our appartment can host up to 4 persons. The big balcony invites you to chill in the sun with an amazing mountain view in front of you. In winter times, the ski area "Dachstein West" is only 5 minutes by car away. See you soon in Annaberg!

Our chalet was renovated in January 2019! Our grandparents already hosted so many happy guests. We now designed it new, bright and friendly. Enjoy the chalet's prime location with spectacular views over the Gastein Valley and its surrounding mountains. Ski lift, public thermal pool and restaurants are in short walking distance. Trail-heads start right behind the chalet - a mountain paradise.
