This traditional cottage on St. Simons offers relaxation, comfort, and proximity to the beach, dining and shopping. A large family room leads out to a backyard sanctuary with two screened-in porches. A fully stocked kitchen provides you opportunity to dine in, or head to the spacious deck to grill dinner or roast s'mores at the fire pit. Three bedrooms and two full baths. Pet-friendly, dogs only. Fenced yard. Secluded for peace and quiet, but conveniently located to visit all of SSI!

The Freddie is a newly updated 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom coastal cottage style home. It comprises: an open floor plan that has the kitchen with island seating for 3, dining table for 6, and living room with a fireplace. There is a beautiful screened in porch with ample seating for relaxing. The master bedroom with a king bed is on the first floor. Upstairs you will find a sitting area with coffee station, a bunk room that sleeps 5, and a king guest bedroom. All bedrooms have ensuite baths.

Redfern Retreat

Nestled under ancient live oaks, this vacation spot is a hipster heaven of art and maker furniture with plenty of space inside and out for entertaining. For entertainment, there are tvs in three rooms all with YouTube tv. Amazon Echo for music and news, and a Roku and Amazon Firestick for Internet tv. Just fyi, there's a separate bungalow in back that is also listed on Airbnb as “Redfern Respite” that you can book but has a separate entrance and private deck. This is not a shared space.

Hidden Gem

Nestled off the beaten path this hidden gem will tempt you to stick around all day but the beach, village and great restaurants are all within a mile. Bring your bike or rent a golf cart and leave the car parked! Drink your morning coffee in the warm sun of the front screened porch or in the shade of the back screened porch. Enjoy rocking in the garden surrounded by nature's beauty as the fountain provides background music. The comfortable beds will provide a restful night of sleep.

The Fig House is a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Mid-Century Modern ranch style vacation home set on 1 level. It comprises: a living room/dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, 8-seater table and connection to the kitchen, which also has a breakfast table. There is a sitting room and a sun room off the kitchen with access to the pool courtyard. There are two masters with king size beds and a bunk room that has 2 sets of bunk (twin) beds.
