Luxuriously renovated (all high-end furniture, appliances and fittings), and perfectly situated (a short bike or walk into town), the Mildred Rose cottage is in a league of its own. Summer Special! Large family home with bikes!

The Freddie is a newly updated 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom coastal cottage style home. It comprises: an open floor plan that has the kitchen with island seating for 3, dining table for 6, and living room with a fireplace. There is a beautiful screened in porch with ample seating for relaxing. The master bedroom with a king bed is on the first floor. Upstairs you will find a sitting area with coffee station, a bunk room that sleeps 5, and a king guest bedroom. All bedrooms have ensuite baths.

Squared Retreat- Quiet 3 Bedroom Condo w/ Bikes

Quiet Island retreat within walking distance to shopping and dining. You are steps away from Starbucks, Sandy Bottom Bagels and Sweet Mamas just to name a few. You can even bike to the beach! This is a bottom floor unit with a spacious living and dining area. The well stocked, eat in kitchen looks over the covered rear patio. Two bedrooms have direct bath access. The third bedroom has a comfy daybed that can be set up as two single beds or a king. 6 bikes are available for your use!

The green door is a newly built studio apartment, in the heart of SSI, a bike ride away from the beach and walking distance from bars and restaurants in nearby Redfern Village. Modern furnishing, fluffy bedding and lofted ceilings meet plenty of natural light in this cozy and peaceful space. With tree canopy views at every window, it is like staying in the most comfy -air conditioned- treehouse !

Saltlife Below Deck

It's time to kick back and relax at newly renovated Saltlife below deck. Smoke a butt on the Green Egg, hang out in our tiki hut on the hammock, griddle up some pancakes and eggs on the flat top griddle, or just relax on the patio and feel the ocean breeze. 3 blocks to the beach and crab corner (4 popular SSI restaurants). We loved living here and now want to share our place with you.

Coastal Cottage Under the Oaks - 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath

The perfect vacation rental on St Simons Island. The rental is located in the beautiful Sea Palms community and is within walking distance to the Sea Palms Golf Resort. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed, 2 bathrooms, a washer and dryer, kitchen and living space combo, Wi-Fi, and a 55'' TV with cable. The cottage also has a peaceful deck next to the front door.
