Welcome to "The Mainland Oasis" – your serene escape, just 10 minutes away from the shores of LBI! Your stay combines the calming coastal atmosphere and the lush greens of the adjacent golf course. We are the central hub to LBI and the Mainland where all stores are located as well as close to pickleball courts! Convenience is at your fingertips with a well equipped kitchen (we do not offer a stove/oven but have an electric burner)and a beautiful outdoor shower to fully-immerse yourself!

The Alpaca Cottage invites you to spend quality time with our small herd of Alpaca and pygmy goats, they are a curious bunch who love to meet, greet and beg for treats. The 2 acre property is edged by the Rancocas Creek so bring your fishing pole or Kayak. If your lucky you may see an Eagle soaring high above the nearby hiking trail. Easily sleep 3 King beds and 4 full size bunks beds. Bottom bunk holds 430lbs and top bunk holds 380lbs. Air mattress also available. Enjoy the paddle board, kayak, peloton, board games, fire pit, cornhole, football toss and BBQ. 25 foot deck so bring your boat or rent one for the day from the get my boat or boatsetter app.
