Vous aurez un accès au lac en bord de mer, un quai pour nager ou vous asseoir pour profiter de la vue et une terrasse arrière qui est parfaite pour se détendre. Vous serez à quelques minutes de River Wild et du terrain de golf The Eagles Nest at Tillery Tradition, ainsi que de toutes les commodités offertes par la forêt nationale d'Uwharrie. Escapade de vacances sur 20 acres. Porche couvert de 1 100 pieds carrés donnant sur un étang privé de 3/4 acre. L'étang est bien approvisionné en bars et en brèmes pour une pêche facile. Grand foyer avec bancs en rondins entre la maison et l'étang. Excellent système audio ! Les voyageurs peuvent connecter leur appareil au système audio et profiter de leur musique à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. L'étang comprend un pédalo et il y a des gilets de sauvetage dans la grange. En bas, il y a un réfrigérateur, une table de billard, un jeu de fléchettes et d'autres jeux pour nos voyageurs.
