With 50 feet of lakefront and dock on a sloped lot, this charming cottage offers an open floor plan, complete with kitchen, cozy living space, and 2 bedrooms. The bathroom features a custom shower and separate sink area for added convenience. A sun porch provides extra seating and sleeping space, leading to a spacious deck with outdoor dining table and seating area perfect for enjoying lake views.

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 45 minutes to three finger lakes, 60 minutes to Rochester, 40 to Corning. Little house with all the basics. Full kitchen, laundry, three full beds, sun room, shower bathroom. Great for a night away or monthly rentals. Dogs are in the yard at times, although the cottage is pet free.
