Idealiskt val för ensamstående, ett par eller en familj med pigga ben, för till lägenhet hör ett sovloft som ligger en trappa upp från hallen med sovplats för 1-2 personer. It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Vibrant neighbourhood in the heart of popular Södermalm. Safe street and calm building with nice neighbours. The apartment serves just as well for smaller families as well as a group of friends. Everything you need just around the corner - museums, bars, amazing views, second hand stores, popular restaurants and Stockholms most popular club (Trädgården) a walk or bike ride away. Huset är omgivet av en grönskande trädgård med mycket blommor och fina platser att fika, ordna grillmiddag eller ta ett glas kvällsvin. Lägenheten har egen ingång från trädgården och är nyrenoverad och i fint skick. Köket är fullt utrustat för två personer med både diskmaskin och tvättmaskin/torktumlare. WI-FI och TV med Canal-Digital ingår. Gratis P-plats på tomten.

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.
