Indoors you will find a spacious, well stocked kitchen, the living room has a large smart TV and WIFI. The large master bedroom has its own bathroom, walk-in closet, and a smart TV. There is also a pack&play and many toys for kids to use. There are 2 more bedrooms and another full bathroom . Sofa bed & airbed w/ linens in the closet.

Fun in the Sun

Sun City West is a fun retirement community. Many activities are available. There are 4 recreation centers with swimming pools, weight rooms, miniature golf, bocce, pickleball and etc. There are many golf courses in Sun City West. Beautiful community with lots of restaurants and activities available close by. Spring training baseball is very popular in March. We only rent by the month and to people 55 years old or older.
