This central Texas hidden gem on Lake LBJ is the perfect spot for an affordable family getaway or romantic retreat. Deer-watch and star-gaze from our large balcony. Relax on the sand beach to view the lake - beautifully serene in winter and Spring. Roast s'mores at the outdoor firepit. Fish off the dock, kayak in our cove, or use the place as a launching pad for hill country excursions. (Check out our guidebook for ideas.) Condo limit is 5, w/ 4 adult max. 1 bed, 1 bath with sofa sleeper.

The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. It is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere-not even the beach. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". ( I also have a guestroom in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2 ) I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below..

Our beautiful lake-front beach house is on the best part of Lake LBJ- the quiet Llano River arm of LBJ. It’s constant level so water levels are always great. We love bringing our own family here, & have the house outfitted with everything you need for your own lake vacation! Enjoy stunning views of Packsaddle Mountain, perfect sunsets, boat dock w/tie ups, clear water, and a huge, private sand beach. The property sleeps 17 people in beds and is the perfect getaway.

The Cozy Lake Cabin is located on the peaceful interior of a peninsula with lake access only a short 100 yard walk from your cabin. Complete with Boat launch . You may beach your boat . Great swimming and fishing off the bank. Enjoy large fire pit by the water . Sleeps 2-4 and is fully contained . You can sit and enjoy the porch swing or light your fire pit. The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .

Recently remodeled waterfront home on beautiful Lake Buchanan, located just 65 miles from Austin TX. This unique home has 3 great decks for watching the sunset, a boat dock, kayaks, a BBQ and is great for families. It's in a neighborhood, so not ok for big loud parties.
