Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.

This is a classic 1960's beach house with brand new windows, doors, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, paint, furnishings, appliances - you name it. This nonsmoking and bright 250 sqft Craftsman studio is located 1 block from the beach. It is close to the Art District, Convention Center, The Queen Mary, Restaurant & bar. This unit is perfect for a solo traveler and for guests who are visiting for a conference, extended business stay, training, visiting family, etc. IMPORTANT please read house rules before booking. The unit has no stove. A dedicated 1 parking space is included.
