The Homestead B&B - Garden Room

The Homestead B&B is a traditional Adults Only B&B and situated on two beautifully manicured acres. We are centrally located to Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, State Parks, and Outlet Shopping. This guest room is located on the first floor of the Main House and features a king size bed, private in-suite bath and French doors that lead out to the wrap-a-round screened in porch. A full American breakfast is served each morning. Please advise in advance if you have any special dietary needs.

The Homestead is a traditional Adults Only B&B and situated on two beautifully manicured acres. We are centrally located to Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, State Parks, and Outlet Shopping. The Cottage is detached from the Main House and features a king size bed, kitchenette, living room with a sleeper sofa, and a fenced in back yard/patio with a gas grill.
