Sweet Dave Homestay

Sweet Dave was established in 2017 and organized a homestay in early 2018. It was designed by the owner Dave. The appearance of the interior decoration items is new. Located in the southwestern of Saipan, it is adjacent to the landmark Mount Carmel Cathedral on the island and covers an area of 214 square meters and a living room area of 98 square meters. The overall decoration style is simple with American furniture, creating a warm atmosphere that combines ancient style and modern INS style.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. This unit is located in a very secure and quiet neighborhood. It has stunning ocean views and lush vegetation around it. Though it is located in a secluded area, it is only an 8-minute drive to downtown Garapan. This unit also has a fully functioning kitchen with full size refrigerator, a dining nook and a very modern bathroom. The property also comes with a saltwater infinity pool and a private covered patio for viewing amazing sunsets.

American House (Unit #1 Paradise House)

Welcome to your American paradise getaway with spectacular ocean views! Our house is on a peaceful private property on top of Capitol Hill just minutes from Saipan's famous beaches, amazing hiking trails, world-class restaurants, and shopping. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accommodate late check out or early check in because of high demand and the house is usually booked. However, we can arrange to store your luggage. The reservation is for 4 people. It is $20 per day for each additional person.
