My place is in front of US Embassy 51 sqm house over looking Manila Bay. And new "Dolomite Beach" there is a separate 1 room with comfortable living room, kitchen and toilet. Our building 6miutes walking distance Robinson Mall,ST.LUKES, Mercury Drug, 7-11, ma.ny restaurant and many store. On the right Rizal Park,Ocean Park is walk distance and Manila Museum, Intramuros. We have a Parking lot inside building but use with my another unit so I discuss and decide with each other.but pernight 300p.

The unit is in Birch Tower located at the 47th floor. It is middle of building then it have more open view than in other units. You have nice view to manila bay. You can use the swimming pool, gym and the sauna . Security 24/7 and Security camera at the hallway. Guests/Visitors can easily access the Robinson place mall, its about 50 meters away from building. Many convenience store near the building. Building is only 10 minutes walking from manila bay. Room have Free Netflix!
