My house is located near the Ilsan Lake Park, the big Park, and the view of the room is beautifully amazing and fantastic. Pls understand this situation as it's an apartment which is many other people live] Best location!! Just 2 stops by subway from Seoul station. Yeonnam cafe area is just 1 min by walk and Hongik univ. Station is just 7-10 mins away by walk. Compact space but having all equipment-washing machine, induction cooker, cleaning stuff, etc. Spacious bathroom with rain shower.

mini hanok classic (near palaces, entire house)

Mini Hanok located 5 minutes from Anguk Station Line 3 is the starting point of Bukchon Hanok Village. The mini hanok is located in a very quiet place, but if you walk for more than a minute you will find many cafes and interesting shops. It takes 5 minutes on foot to Changdeok Palace and 10 minutes on foot to Gyeongbok Palace. Nearby are Jongmyo and Unhyeongung Palace. You can also go to Myeong-dong and Namdaemun at once if you take the 151 and 162 blue buses.

My place is 3mins away from Hongdae station. It is one the best location in Seoul City. You can easily access here from Incheon International Airport. And easily access to all of the best hot spots in Seoul within 10~30 minutes. There are many shops beside my place. 24 hours convenience store, coffee shops, hair shop, bars, etc.
