Nina's Cottage - Southwold

Nina's Cottage is a recently renovated holiday home, perfect for up to 4 people (and furry friends). I've lovingly furnished and decorated it to a high standard to make it the perfect base to explore Southwold and the surrounding areas. The house features a cosy lounge with a log burner, a very spacious kitchen and living space, large master bedroom and king size double bed, a twin bed 2nd bedroom, as well as a fully enclosed garden. Ideally placed only a short walk to the high street and beach.

Cosy cottage in an excellent location, a minute from the beach, within crawling distance of the Sole Bay Inn, with the lighthouse a mere beam away. Three bedrooms: front bedroom has twin beds & views of the lighthouse, two back bedrooms - one with a single bed leading into second room with a queen-sized double. Number of guests is limited to 4. Due to the configuration of the stairs/access to the bathroom, the cottage is not suitable for those with limited mobility/possibly young children.

Southwold's beach and famous beach huts are just a few off-road steps away and the high street with its independent shops, pubs and eateries are just round the corner. I genuinely love hosting and I prepare the house myself making sure that each guest is carefully catered for and has a very special stay.

Southwold Snug, a cosy 1 bed self contained annex

Welcome to “Southwold Snug” This cosy self-contained studio style apartment has its own private access and free on street parking. It is annexed to the main family house and the beach is a short 5 minute stroll away. There’s a combined bedroom/lounge/diner with a luxurious superking bed, a separate kitchen & shower room. The snug is suitable A pebbled path leads to a small, courtyard garden with herbs for cooking & cocktails! This sunny space has bistro table & chairs for Guests exclusive use.

Our cozy cottage has just get better - new bathroom, carpets and decorated thoughout. Located mid-way down Park Lane, this charming cottage is ideally located within easy reach of South Green, Southwold’s Blue Flag beach, famous pier, boating lake and putting green. The shops, galleries, boutiques and restaurants which give Southwold it’s unique character, are a stroll away. Puffin Cottage is compact, cosy and easy to use with all the facilities you need for your holiday home from home.

NO CLEANING FEE! A highly luxurious hide-away apartment in part of a beautiful period property. Views of Southwold Lighthouse. Right next to the beach and the town. Stunning modern interior, always presented perfectly. Ideal for two. Pull out single sofa bed available, however the property guests must not exceed 2. No linen, duvet/pillows/towels provided for sofa bed. Excellent facilities-small Jacuzzi bath, walk in shower and WI-FI. Easy access via fairly steep stairs.

Dreamers Cottage, Pinkneys Lane, Southwold

Dreamers Cottage is perfectly located, right in the heart of Southwold. Short breaks throughout the year, with a minimum stay of just 2 nights even in high season. The cottage is just steps from the beach, with its traditional colourful beach huts, and so central to Southwold's fantastic cafés, deli's, restaurants, famous pubs & independent shops. Despite all this, the cottage is quiet and not overlooked. Absolutely no pets ever - so allergies are safe.

Our Annex proves very popular with travellers seeking sparkling clean, modern details with all the necessary touches to make a comfortable bolt hole holiday, ten minutes walk from Southwold’s beaches and high street. We can accommodate 2 adults in the main bedroom and a further two guests in the living space, in two sofa beds (one small double and one single). A high chair/travel cot can be provided.
