The Castle of the Teutonic Order in Malbork (Ordensburg Marienburg) is the largest castle in the world measured by land area - according to Wikipedia. A must see. There are many trains from Gdansk Glowny railway station (about 1 hour journey one way) so you can make a one day trip.
