The current menu is quite different from most sandwich shops. They offer wine pairings with panini for sandwiches like The Angry Turkey (oven roasted turkey, hot Giardiniera, and aged provolone), the Chicago Connection (hot capricola, salami, prosciutto, mortadella, aged provolone, tomato and pesto), and the Snake Bite (stacked Italian sausage, Arrabbiata sauce, and aged provolone).
