A historic hotel and restaurant with high-end steaks and other good entrees, salads and desserts. Reservations recommended. CLOSED Sunday. It's right down the street from the Historic Chase County Courthouse (a must see) and across the street from Prairie PastTimes, a local artist Co-op with a wide range of excellent creations and gifts for sale.
