A very cool work of modern architecture itself, this small but edgy museum is home to modern artwork by Colombian and other Latin American artists. While somewhat compact, the MAMM features several permanent and temporary exhibits, including paintings, videos, sculptures, and 3D creations both inside and out. Modern art isn’t for everyone, so the museum does a good job providing explanations of each of the pieces. The theater here shows movies occasionally, and the gift shop sells super unique souvenirs created by artists. There’s a great terrace with views of the city, and a restaurant downstairs where you can have a drink.

Modern Art Museum of Medellín! Take your time to visit it, and to walk around the Park outside this building... Hungry? Try the ganzo y castor restaurant which is just at the entrance.

It is a space that is always in force with art, exhibitions, activities ... the subenirs shop is super cool and the cuisine around delicious, the area is very quiet for walking

LOVE LOVE this place. Even if you don't like modern art, this is a must see in my opinion as the local park out back is full of an amazing and very positive energy... depending on the day, you'll find everything from great local street food vendors to impromptu dance recitals. Worth a visit.
