Historic building houses a full complement of cardio, free weights, and weight lifting equipment; a 3-lane, 20 yard warm water pool; men’s and women’s saunas; men’s, women’s and family locker rooms; a core training room with TRX equipment; yoga and ballet studio, multi-purpose and meeting rooms; a walking track; and a gymnasium.Non-Members are welcome to stop by the center for $10/day. This fee includes used of our fitness equipment, locker rooms, pool, and fitness classes. If you’ve never been to the NECC before, you will need to bring some form of photo ID and fill out a waiver with our front desk before using the facility.
