We Norwegians love our hotdogs, and this butcher makes the very best sausage! Try to eat them the Norwegian way with lompe instead of bread.

One of the last proper butchers shops in Oslo, serving up a wide range of home made sausages and delicacies. At christmas-time the locals will be queuing for hours here to get the best ingredients for their christmas dinner.
