This distillery and bar produces our favourite local gins. Located on the beautiful (but quite steep) St Michaels Hill in central Bristol, this small but perfectly formed bar produces great G&Ts and martinis. We love their unique seasonal gins too which have a limited run. Come here before dinner at Pasta Loco (just round the corner) and you’re all set for a perfect Bristol night. You can also have your favourite bottle delivered home via their website. Seriously, it’s great gin!

Welcome to Psychopomp Microdistillery. We are a small, independent distillery in Bristol. We use small, handmade copper pot stills to produce craft distilled gin in small batches and limited quantities. We create classic and seasonal recipes for our gin loving customers, and bespoke recipes with our partners.
