A wonderful zoo if you have kids! If you do decide to visit, you can combine this with a breakfast of pastry and coffee at Fresh Flours (see food rec!).

Lovely zoo with many places to picnic. Every winter they have "Zoo Lights" which are a must see! A 5 minute drive from the cottage.

The zoo is about a 25 minute walk. The trails and rose gardens around the zoo don’t require admission.
