Pourquoi les habitants le recommandent

The pink-granite building is the centerpiece of downtown Austin, perched on a hill at 12th Street and Congress Avenue. Free guided tours are held daily, starting in the South Foyer, but brochures are also available on the first floor for self-guided tours. The Texas Legislature meets every two years, so you’ll have to check the schedule if you want to see an actual session in progress.

Everything is bigger in Texas and the Texas Capitol is no different. This is the largest Capitol building in the US because ... Texas. Besides the building, the grounds are really nice to just hang out in. Have a picnic or get in a workout. The area is open to the public!

Since Austin is the capital of Texas I always recommend everyone to tour the capital. It is the largest state capital building in the United States and it is even taller than the state capital building in DC. As they say, everything in Texas is bigger.
