Vintage is a farm-to-table eatery in Colchester that pays homage to traditions new and old. Chef Tim Marotto creates a new menu each day that sources the best meats, produce and cheeses from local farms to create an experience that is classical yet intriguing. It's BYOB so plan ahead.

Great farm to table burgers and fries not to mention other special dishes. A little pricey but really good!
