Great to know about Colombian history. The building is unique and in the past it was a prison.
One of the most important and emblematic Museums in Bogotá, has a collection covering all times of Colombian art and peinture.
This museum is housed in the expansive, Greek-cross-shaped building called El Panóptico (designed as a prison by English architect Thomas Reed in 1874).
